You can email us requesting hard copy claim lodgement forms to be sent out.

You can contact your service representative if you have accessed you Driver Protection Program via a broker or dealership.

The one thing we don’t want you to do is wait and think about it. If anthing else causes you any anxiety, please pick up the phone and call us.
