Should you need to make a claim you are required to complete the following email lodgement made available on the following page by clicking here or the read more button below.

The following details are some of the important facts that you need to provide us in order to expedite your claim and get you back on the road;

The time and location of the accident or incident resulting in the claim - > Whether there was another party involved in the accident or incident - > Who you believe was responsible for the accident or incident - > Whether your car is driveable -> Was your car towed, and if it was who was the towing company - > Where is your car now - > Were the police called etc. 

Once we receive your email we will forward the claim forms and get the process of repairing or replacing your car underway. We hope that you and any other party that may have been involved are physically ok. We will call you soon.
