The following details are some of the important facts that you need to provide us in order to expedite your claim and get you back on the road;

The time and location of the accident or incident resulting in the claim - > Whether there was another party involved in the accident or incident - > Who you believe was responsible for the accident or incident - > Whether your car is driveable -> Was your car towed, and if it was who was the towing company - > Where is your car now - > Were the police called  ...

You can email us requesting hard copy claim lodgement forms to be sent out.
